Grip Collars

Rainwater pipe systems or drainage pipe systems can undergo accidental over pressure due to overloading or to the saturation of the sewer main. In specific sections - changes of direction and gradient, branches and plugs-the leak

tightness and the pipe work stability call for joints able to address end thrust efforts. Depending on the diameter and the pressure level targeted combinations of couplings and grip collars or self-anchored high pressure couplings can equally be used. Where couplings are used with grip collars, the pressure performance of the assembly is defined by the weaker of the two products.

Gripped High Pressure Couplings

In sections where end thrust efforts have to be addressed, the auto grip couplings are alternative solutions to secure junctions whilst addressing pressure. Gripped High pressure couplings are self-anchored couplings with built-in claw rings.

Rubber Coupling

Flexible, unshielded sewer couplings connect similar and dissimilar

pipe materials and sizes in Clay, Type O Clay, Cast Iron, TYPE O Cast Iron, Schedule 40 Plastic, Thinwall Plastic, Ductile Iron, Asbestos Cement, Concrete, Tubing or Copper pipe. For non-pressure, gravity flow applications only.

Recommended for underground installations, although some jurisdictions will allow use above ground. Easy to install and reuse.
