Our SML no-hub cast iron drainage pipes meet the standard of BSEN877, DIN19522, ISO6594. The materials are 100% reusable and recyclable, with low sound transmission, fire proof, leak proof and anti-corrosive, they are widely used for evacuation of water from buildings, drainage, waste and vent. Also rainwater system installed outside buildings and buried system underground can be supplied. The pipes are installed in residential buildings and houses, hotels, hospitals and shopping malls.
The EN877 cast iron pipes outside coating is red epoxy with a thickness of at least 70um, inside coating is yellow epoxy resin with a thickness of at least 120um. Or inside and outside are more than 120um powder epoxy coating with red colour.
The raw iron is accordance with ISO185, pipes and fitting accessories mechanical properties tensile strength min.200Mpa, ring crush strength 350Mpa, 332Mpa for nominal sizes equal to or greater than DN250. Maximum Brinell hardness HB260.
External and internal coating is best quality. Internal coating resistance to salt spray: at least 350hours, common 700hours. Resistance to waster water: at least 30 days at 23 degrees centigrade. chemical resistance from PH2 to PH12 at least 30 days at 23 degrees centigrade. Resistance to temperature cycling: 1500 cycles between to 15-93 degree centigrade.
